As the feathers fly in the growing 911truth movement the only losers are those without the discerning skills needed to wend their way through the propaganda from within and without its own organizations. Making a choice strengthens the powers position as the issues get obscured with the personalities and leave any actions without power.
While we find it hard to back Jim Fetzer at this time as he has surrounded himself with “bodyguards” who are inserting themselves in between the communications. When you see that someone cannot post and stand on their own, using others to post and communicate for them, something is wrong. But as a “leader” he is want of the backbone to push forward and make things happen. Easily distracted by the monkey’s squealing in the trees he leaves much to be desired.
One can forgive the flip-flops in theory embraced as the evidence and research grow and go on. It is so far from complete. The evidence withheld or destroyed by the government and their agents is really at issue and no one has made an indictment to start that process.
Fetzer has a history in “debunking” and “conspiracy”; working for years to prove the Zapruder film a hoax prior to joining the 9/11 movement. While this shows he has been an inquiring mind it is being claimed he is a “conspiracy nut”. In fact the whole of the organizational “leadership” are x-government/ military or veterans of the “anti” causes. 911Truth national coordinator Gabriel Day is a 25 plus year agent of “anti” crusades and this pro in the business coordinates all the 911truth events nationally and now worldwide. What a power point to hold! What a treasure for Cointelpro.
Steven Jones on the other hand has a long and prominent history of obstruction, opportunism and an agenda that seems to suggest that he works for something other than the betterment of all humans. In fact Steven Jones work on cold-fusion, one of the theoretical devices used to destroy the towers in NYC on September 11, 2001, has been shown to be the most divisive “researcher” for many years. It appears that professor Jones has actually been the reason that cold fusion was a buried research and there are many in the science community that find his work “opportunistic” at best and destructive to the advancement of science at worst. Behind the scenes, invisible, and until now anonymous power players are surfacing like the now infamous Alex Floum and his law firm The Shinner Law Group whom apparently represent Jones and many other government contracts. Exposed by 911Bloglines as George Washington on 911 blogger and the funding for those divisive elements residing there the data on Floum's exploitation of the 911 movement evolves. Yet these outside sources are moot for this author has first hand experience with Mr. Floum from over a year ago when he inserted himself and divided 911Eyewitness and Loose Change. Later he then tried to represent Steven Jones to me and obtain original media of my raw footage, a real treasure. Floum exposed his snake like lawyerly word twisting first hand to me. Trusting any lawyer is a path to futility but this one warrants no trust as a human being nor as a representative of truth.
Floum is an expert in intellectual property and he found easy prey in the net-neophyte Fetzer. He did a “good deed” by getting Fetzer his urls and setting the forum up for him, “protecting him” from the work to learn that technical stuff. All this time Floum is putting these valuable intellectual assets in his own hands. Floum never explained about ownership or intellectual property to Fetzer and made sure all the property was put in his own name. Is this strange from an expert lawyer on intellectual property? The pattern is plain as a university tie.
Now Alex Floum, professor Jones, along with five others of the most vitriolic and controlling forum members have sent out notices both anonymous and suspect using the scholars email members list to divide and make it appear as if one HAD to make choices NOW. In fact Floum and Jones are drawing a line in the sand while Fetzer has opened the doors for a “democratic” take over. The question then is do you see one side pushing choices?
Fetzer has opened the door to allow the “movement” to do as it wishes. Floum with his adhoc committee and Steven Jones have drawn the line in the sand and asked you to choose. It is very simple and those that do not see are not worth the breath it takes to go on.
Professor Jones Caught with Less than Truth again:
Infamous San Francisco Internet Intellectual Property Attorney Alex Floum has now shown a vast portion of the world how sleazy a lawyer can get. In the past Alex Floum has worked for a variety of law firms, each with connection to communications and the DOE. The various interwoven webs of deception within his career and recent activities probably have to be explained. Yet first the recent theft and slime must be addressed. With his partner in crime Fred Burks Alex Floum has looted the 9/11 truth movement.
As a lawyer Alex knows he has dirty hands. To try and put that off his plate he has actually sold the domain to one Fred Burks (pictured right). Who is this Fed Burks? Well, this Burks has claimed to be an old friend of Alex Floum the lawyer from San Francisco. That might be ok but Fred Burks is a professional and worked for George Bush as a translator for more years than most people have fingers.
Let’s see what we can find quickly about Fred Burks:
“One man, Mr. Fred Burks is on a crusade to destroy any possible goodwill towards the United States and in the process is doing all he can to stoke the fires of Islamic fundamentalism.”
“Mr. Burks confided to a few members in attendance the name of the female CIA agent who he claims demanded that Megawati "render" Abu Bakar Ba'asyir. Mr. Burks then claimed that he was confident and had faith in God that nothing would happen to him.”
Fred is a busy man and follows all paths to power government and cults. http://www.weboflove.org/ is one of Fred’s sites where he promotes “circles of love” protected by “God”. Also www.wanttoknow.info www.momentoflove.org and www.inspiringcommunity.org these guys breath the domain business gathering donations through cult sites. Amazing!

So they may have created a shell 501c3 to collect donations and then pay them out to themselves as websites. Only a slick lawyer can figure these scams out and only a slickster intellectual property attorney can integrate all those domains. Alex is the spam master of the Internet and his partner has taken the dirty ball to clean the lawyer Alex Floum’s hands in this latest theft of the Scholars website. All in a days work for an intellectual property rights attorney specializing in Internet rights. Good sliming Alex!
