Last night the lawyer Alex Floum sent email to myself and a group of researchers and individuals intimating his willingness, or at least warning, that this author and others were perpetrating lies about Alex Floum. I found nothing at the articles he is mentioned in that fit this.
I carefully went over my articles and found that no such libel appears.
I will be writing more and using the examples he provided to me as he tried, and ruined, relations between Dylan Avery and myself back in November of 2005. Also representing Jones in requesting material from 911Eyewitness. Hard evidence is in my hands. Ad homonym attacks; distortions and lies are historically tools Alex Floum seems to use as he rapes his victims of their intellectual property while buying them a beer.
Alex Floum allegedly now works for a law firm in San Francisco; nothing with this gentleman can be confirmed or denied. Like all lawyers he flops from firm to firm leaving a wake of chum to follow. We can safely establish that Alex Floum is a lawyer. As a lawyer, on the bar, he is able to create and pursue law cases on his own without cost, only because he may want to. On a mere whim. This is an amazing power for an individual to have when in a movement like 911truth.
Alex Floum has and had the power to initiate lawsuits in many facets of the 911 frauds. Indictments for destruction of a crime scene are one such aspect that he might have found interesting. Yet Alex found only the ownership of domains, forums and blogs – control of information important enough for his time.
In an effort to be fair to the Attorney Alex Floum I decided to compile his legal accomplishments in five easy chapters so that readers can understand better who he is. With a powerful lawyer in their midst the 911turth have an important tool. I will now outline the specific accomplishments and processes Alex Floum has initiated and/or completed for 911truth actions. The kind of ease a lawyer would have in bringing suits to the 911 issues is a no-brainer. Even more astounding is an activist lawyer who does nothing but slither around like a snake in the grass absconding with the intellectual property of unwitting nerds within the movement instead of progressing towards legal remedy of the crimes of September 11, 2001. I guess he is more like a troll under the bridge waiting for little girls or the con man that befriends you so you will trust him with your house key.
Floum is using his knowledge to control the message and the ownership of truth. I guess for him that is more important than bringing the law to the perpetrators. One can only judge by actions and his are directed to ownership of forums and domains and not to bringing the criminals of 911 to justice or to further any research. His 4 year record in the 911 truth shows how a hard working lawyer can help big business.
