The BBC is not what it appears. As its revenues are made and collected by companies owned by European insterests, the soverignty of Britan is exposed as a corrupt bag of bad wind. One Texan is taking them to task.

In brief … On Nov. 7, 2004, appx. 13:30, a uniformed TV 'cop' / Agent invaded private / secured premises / corridors unable to prove he had anyone’s permission (and was denied entry by me), which is Trespass; to then merrily go about door-to-door spying on, intimidating and/or extorting people. I was engaged in discussions regarding the licensing, marketing, packaging and distribution of my entire catalogue of: films, books and music in the Far East – to a market of over 1 billion people. When the TVL Agent knocked on my door, interrupting lawful activity – his initial trespass compounded into Aggravated Trespass, which is an arrestable offense. Gaining entry into the building without permission, then my home on false pretenses and without my informed consent, further compounds the trespasses and aggravation thereof. After attempting to induce / incite the ‘crime of watching TV’ therein, when I told him to get out of my house, his last words were, “We’ll be issuing a Summons.”
As the police were called but refused to attend the scene, on 9 November 2004, I responded with a multi-million British Pound Sterling Claim/Suit in the High Courts of Justice to Summons TVLicensing first. That intrusion into my life, business and invasion of my home on behalf of the BBC broadcasting cartel caused a loss of confidence with subsequent loss of contract and lost opportunity of up to £4.5 millions. People and companies cannot function freely when faced with unwarranted and arbitrary interference / intrusions into their lives and work.
What I have discovered since is the wholesale theft of the BBC in being ‘capitalized’ by selling off its the real assets and intellectual property to on- and off-shore companies – without going to public tender while the money generated did not go into the public treasury to be squandered by the BBC in blunder after blunder. Now the BBC is leasing those same assets back from the companies to stay on air; whilst merrily extorting 3 billion pounds annually from the public with the TV tax, and criminalizing over 400,000 people per year (plus the fines of up to £1,000). A single mother on the dole (plus pensioners and the disabled) all have to pay £126.50 p/y for one TV - while a multi-millionaire with a dozen TVs in his home or a hotel with up to with hundreds of TVs only pay £126.50 p/y. TVL /CAPITA’S Defence counsel has introduced a “FORM OF AUTHORITY” in evidence from the BBC delegating the administration/collection/enforcement of the TV tax to a commercial company, CAPITA BUSINESS SERVICES LTD, that is not, and cannot be, an authority (and have admitted as much).
The BBC therefore must also be held accountable. Messrs Dyke and Grade (BBC) and Aldridge (of Capita) must therefore be SUMMONSED to testify. When the Post Office (a bona fide Government Agency with Government Authority) lost the TX tax Collection contract to CAPITA, “TVLicensing Authority” had to change its name to simply TVLicensing – but still claims "authority". That creates conflicts of interest in their courts, whereby the ‘prosecution’ are all employees of TVL/CAPITA – and means the BBC cannot be 'neutral nor independent', plus gives BBC and CAPITA unfair commercial advantage also violating World Trade Organisation Treaty Law and the European Convention on Human Rights. Therefore, every TV Tax conviction garnered by TVL/CAPITA is void ab initio (invalid being unlawful from inception). On Feb 23rd 2005 CAPITA failed to report this multi-million B£S Contingent Liability Claim to the Stock Exchange and Shareholders in their Annual Report, in violation of company law.
On 05/05/05 Master (Justice) Leslie in the High Court rejected their arguments to be struck out and rejected their presumed so-called “AUTHORITY” – to Order the trial for Trespass(es) and Damages to be held on Dec. 12th 10:30 in the Central London County Courts Justice Centre - specifically including Capita Business services as the 2nd Defendant. Meanwhile - on 19th April 2005 TVLicensing - Derwin) created a SUMMONS to MR. ROBERT HENRY for a 'trial' in Magistrate's Court un-served attempting a garner a ‘conviction in absentia’ in a semi-secret ‘trial’ of MR. ROBERT HENRY (who does not exist) on 18 May, that was abandoned but then created (out of time) a “RE-ISSUE (hand-written) on the SUMMONS to a MR R. HARTNER (Who also does not exist.), then garnered a “sine die” adjournment on 29 June 2005 - meaning the so-called ‘criminal charge’ is held indefinitely in violation of the European Convention on Human Rights and (unbelievably) deferring said ‘Criminal Charge’ to the current Civil Claim.
I will not be invaded, intimidated, extorted, entrapped and/or terrorized into paying a TV Tax for a service I do not use, which then becomes a tax on my tools. See a TVLicensing Agent David Clark assault ‘suspected license dodger’ Ron Sinclair. Mr Clark (now an ex-employee of Intrum Justitia EX-sub-contracting agents of Capita) pled guilty to assault and in Ormskirk Magistrates’ Court Magistrates Court on: Mon Apr 04, 2005 5:24 pm and was bound over in the sum of £50 for one year – far less punishment than TVL’s victims. www.tvlicensing.biz. The big day looms. If we do not know about, or refuse to exercise, our rights – there is no point in having any.
