There is no doubt that the state of Texas Child Protective Services has some serious problems. The state agents raided a peaceful community of a known religion and kidnapped all the children. It must have been like a scene from over a hundred years ago as children were kidnapped to work in servitude or sold off as orphans. At issue is just who owns those children?

We did not find it surprising that the state of Texas was found guilty of kidnapping hundreds of children and ripping them from their loving mothers arms all because of a different approach to their cult religious beliefs. The state of Texas illegally invaded the Fundamentalist Church of the Latter Day Saints.

Guantanamo Bay Prison Camp, Cuba – A kidnapped Afghan fighter was forcibly removed from his prison cell and dragged into the USA military kangaroo courts to face charges of spying on American bases in his own nation and placing missiles nearby his home on US occupied areas of his village.

An astounding fact buried in reverse numbers is the fact that 89 percent of Americans give Congress negative marks! 77 Percent disapprove of George Bush. The miniscule minorities that may be pleased are sure to be the profiteers who have provided the catastrophe the people now face economically, politically and globally.

While the US corporate president declares Iran a terrorist nation both in the USA and in a recent visit to Israel I thought we might look at the meaning and breath of what is terror and who is a real terrorist.

True to form Hillary Clinton has made it clear she is in this to the end. Reminding the Democratic Party that she did her part when husband Bill pulled his stunts and their promise to make her the first lady president will be held. Clinton has pulled no stops in this drive to her divine right rule funding the effort with over $10,000,000 personal dollars. From what this writer learned Obama will have to pay her debts if he wants her (or her backers) support in the November run-up. Obama has already agreed to make Clinton a strong backer when asked if he would repay her debts.

Of course the present president of the United States was much more harsh about the Constitution and uttered some blasphemy about it while making this same claim.

The failed surge of President Bush is showing its ugly head now as the violence continues unabated. No surge in this world will convert a nation into an American State anymore.

Due to the increased need for government surveillance of its subjects the Supreme Court today upheld the antiquated Poll Tax.

In the last weeks the government of Texas has affirmed its right to control the private lives of families as well as individuals. In its latest affront to freedom in the Republic of Texas the courts, in the case of a private religious community, have taken away 400 children from their mothers. As these mothers were carted away in state buses they held signs pleading for help.
