The Obama government is trying to pass, as a "Health Bill," laws that contain nothing about health and everything about mandatory insurance. It is a farce to claim mandatory insurance covering 40,000,000 uninsured Americans and illegal immigrants will bring better or more affordable health care to the people. There is nothing about more doctors, better doctors, control of the pharmaceutical industries or more hospital beds. In fact there are penalties for trying to get better insurance to pay better doctors or insuring you have a place in a hospital.

When government makes the purchase of private insurance mandatory it becomes fascist. It is not social medicine. In social medicine everyone gets health care and the government pays through taxes, as in Europe. Social medicine in Europe is failing for several reasons not the least of which is the lack of quality doctors and hospital beds to attend to the massive demand.

The idea of mandatory purchase of private insurance is fascism at its height. Government mandating the purchase of something many do not want or need. Hidden in the Obama agenda is the enrichment of the established private insurance companies, which will be forced on all Americans and aliens with criminal and financial penalties if they try to be free.

The "Health Bill" has nothing in it to increase the doctors needed to attend to 40,000,000 more people. The "Health Bill" has nothing to assure quality care. The "Health Bill" does not allow freedom of choice to do or not. The "Health Bill" does not contain anything about more hospitals to make space for 40,000,000 more clients. The "Health Bill" mandates fines and criminal liability for those that refuse to enrich private insurance companies. The party of the people, the Democrats, went so far as to demand jail, real criminal liability, for any American who does not buy private insurance. This is fascism. Enriching private corporate interests through government rule.

Many think that a public option, a competing insurance run by government will make the difference. Let’s look at public health, where government covers everyone as in Europe. Europe’s health care is a failed option. With months and years waiting to get an operation to incompetent staff that kill more patients than they save the problem is brought into focus. You cannot cover millions of people for health without the resources. You need quality hospitals and most of all quality doctors.

The Obama "Health Bill" does not address anything of substance. There is nothing there to assure you have good doctors. In fact the plan makes trying to get enough insurance to get a good doctor a crime and you will be fined with increased penalties and taxes. The mandatory insurance bill has a special marriage tax that will make couples cringe, as they will have to pay more if they earn more. When a single working mom will get virtually free insurance, if she marries the combined income takes effect and instead of getting a rebate the married couple will be taken for a ride of higher premiums, extra taxes and horrible services. Working becomes a liability for health and seeking good doctors punishable by fines.

Ask yourself how does this mandatory insurance bill make it faster to get doctors care when you have not increased the amount of doctors? How can you expect to get into a hospital, which today are over-crowded, short beds, and doctors; when 40,000,000 more people are at the front door banging to get in with their subsidized insurance you will not find space or care givers.

There is no doubt the social/fascist government of Obama will pass this mandatory insurance scam and Americans will be faced with enormous costs to buy something that should be an extra, insurance. Choice will be removed and if you try to get along without it because you are in great health you will be fined and possibly jailed for not paying your hard earned money to private insurance companies who will continue to report billions in profits to their shareholders.

This whole health bill is a scam. Shrouded in terms by calling this a "Health Bill" when it is just a mandatory private insurance bill is the real crime. Selling the farce under the guise that the public will actually get quality health care under the government. All false impressions the name of "Health Bill" gives. A government forcing mandatory purchases of private industry products is fascism not a "Health Bill".

Where are our taxes at work for us? When will government be building more free hospitals or insuring there are more quality doctors and caregivers? Not in this farcical mandatory private insurance bill. Half a billion in government bribes to states have not produced anything but votes to assure Americans will pay private companies trading on the NY Stock Exchange vast sums of money so that twice as many people vie for the same services available today. This is not a "Health Bill"; it is a step up to the plate of fascism bringing wealth to the few and health to even less.
