Rick Siegel Prespectives on Freedom and Liberty

This week in Manchester, N.H. Rudy Giuliani said if a “Democrat” were elected president in 2008, America would be risking another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept 11, 2001. This threat comes from the man who was closest to the demolition of the Towers in NYC and should know.

His leadership led to 0 murder investigations out of 3000 and 0 indictments. His first political attempt after Sept 11, was to try and get New Yorkers to change the law so he could hold the grip on a city as mayor. This when he had less than 30 percent approval prior to 9/11. Most of us “residents” of NY were horrified at his attempts.

The knowledge that Rudy G. was pre-warned the towers were to be brought down and did not warn the emergency workers while he himself was fleeing the area might turn a few eye brows too? (3)

A day later this trained DA did still not seal the “crime scene”, now the mayor, he started a secret cleanup at the site. The terror was just starting as Giuliani was seen with Christine Todd Whitman passing the lies that the air was fine to breathe while knowing that 100,000’s of New York’s residents were at risk from their pronouncements as they returned to work breathing the toxic stews. (1)

It should be a warning to the subjects of these people that the courts have deemed it proper for government to lie if the situation is a crisis as they relieved Whitman of responsibility for the outright lie. So the permanent crisis of terrorism keeps the lies legal and your “government” will continue it. (1)

“I listen a little to the Democrats and if one of them gets elected, we are going on defense,” Giuliani went on. “We will wave the white flag on Iraq. We will cut back on the Patriot Act, electronic surveillance, interrogation and we will be back to our pre-Sept. 11 attitude of defense.” (2)

Giuliani said terrorists “hate us and not because of anything bad we have done; it has nothing to do with Israel and Palestine. They hate us for the freedoms we have and the freedoms we want to share with the world.” (2) Continuing the mime that the government propaganda has been feeding for 6 years. What freedoms are left with your Patriot Act, illegal electronic surveillance, and brutal interrogations? What could they be jealous of?

Giuliani went on further to define his myopic empirical vision and his call to religious crusade: “The freedoms we have are in conflict with the perverted, maniacal interpretation of their religion.” (2) Did anyone tell Rudy that the USA is not free? That it has so many restrictions that “free” is already $9.95 for weekends. Did he notice that parents have to teach their kids to empty their pockets, bags, take off belts, and shoes to get on an airplane – and that this is all right? Freedom? To have a bottle of water? The “buts” the “excuses” for the removal of freedoms are more repugnant that the idea that some Arab might be jealous that we ever had them. What an absurd concept. Anyone who believes that cock and bull is really not worth the salt they lick.

He does not have the least understanding of what is going on in the world and thinks people should fight and die for “freedom for women, the freedom of elections, freedom of religion and the freedom of our economy.” (2) Is he thinking that Americans must fight for women in some nation 10,000 miles away? Fight for freedom of religion while bashing one? Freedom of economy to rip off billions in oil for lies? Billions of dollars and 1000’s of young lives for ???? Rudy??? You are the sickest man running on the blood spilled in NY on September 11, 2001. Your shoes are splattered in it.

Rudy, we will die for “freedom and liberty” neither of which you or the democrats offer. A government is only doing its job when protecting the freedom and liberty of its citizens. You never did that and you were in charge before and after New York City was attacked. You even failed cleaing up the crime and you prosecuted none of the criminals. When the fight comes it will be to derail your “eternal train” of centuries of rule and empty the purses back to the people’s hands.
