So proclaims MP Chairman Lord Broers of the “House of Lords’ Science and Technology Committee”, “You can't just rely on individuals to take responsibility for their own security” Lord Broers stated. With this proclamation the “lords” will take it upon themselves to not only judge what is good for your security but also inflict on you, because of your inability to take responsibility for yourself, laws, rules, fines, penalties and jail.

The crimes that your are not “taking responsibility for” include downloading pornographic images and creating free speech websites that may openly show who you are, what you love and what you hate. All crimes in the eyes of Lord Broers and you must be responsible to the House of Lords for them. O lord!

The UK is now going to pass off its sovereignty in the matter to the new federal corporate government of the EU hoping that through this fear mongering they can put controls on software and hardware makers to track transactions and hold logs longer. Making government intrusions easier and more compliant with recent demands from the HSA (Homeland Security Agency of the USA) for data exchange.

To that end the “lord” suggests more police and computer labs with plenty of funding. They would set up “sting” porn sites using seized porn and coax people with tantalizing emails of the fun – then - STING them. Statistics show that most of the illegal porn sites are now sting operations from one corporate government or another. What makes them illegal ranges from ruler to ruler and there is no common guidelines that everyone agrees to submit to. Lord Broers will work to carve his idea of “your responsibilities” into law so that you have to subjugate to the subjective will of a EU minister. Thereby tossing off any responsibility for this subjugation to a corporate federal authority where you, the common subject, have no recourse or direct representations.
