In their first steps to take control of their subjects and keep them from anything that might become a menace to those that control arms and armament lessons, the talk of them, or the instructions on use will be prohibited by a narrow set of laws imposed on all subjects of the Imperial EU ministers (those not elected to office and given full immunity). Who and how that is decided will be arbitrary as long as all knowledge is banned on arms and using them.

To celebrate the destruction of the NY Trade Centers on Sept 11, EU Justice and Security Commissioner Franco Frattini said “Internet providers should also prevent access to any site giving instructions on how to make a bomb.” That is it to the "Whole Earth Catalog" and the classic "Anarchist Cookbook" as well as hundreds of other books and military manuals.

"I do intend to carry out a clear exploring exercise with the private sector ... on how it is possible to use technology to prevent people from using or searching dangerous words like bomb, kill, genocide or terrorism," Frattini told Reuters. All subjects of the EU laws will be arrested and questioned for such searches and an underpaid government worker will determine if the instructions could kill.

Following the HRE and other royal rulers in an attempt to wipe out knowledge, actually make knowledge, books, instructions illegal will certainly endear these new rulers to their new subjects. Being subjected to a ban on knowledge is bad enough but the fascist Italian appointee wants to make censorship laws for the federal government of the new state of Europe and he had more to say:

"Frankly speaking, instructing people to make a bomb has nothing to do with the freedom of expression, or the freedom of informing people."

"The right balance, in my view, is to give priority to the protection of absolute rights and, first of all, right to life."

The subjects of this new authority are in trouble. These people mean to take your freedom on their subjective viewpoint if a book, pamphlet or website may cause the government harm. No book or information on a computer screen will ever hurt anyone. When in history do the people harm governments? During revolt. Why revolt? Of course, when they become inhuman fascists that take away books and peoples freedoms! Hey! What have we got growing like a cancer in the new federal uber-state?

Disconnecting a Web site immediately is currently possible only in a minority of EU states including Italy, Frattini said. He would like to be able to censor all of you. He would like to make sure that subjects who like making weapons or using them to defend yourself or to perhaps turn over your own fascist regime, should be made illegal. Knowledge must be stopped and they will stop it for your safety.
