While not able to make the latest Ripley’s Believe It Or Not the US corporate government is moving more into the total control zone. The rulers believe that they can capitalize and dominate your ability to love and hate and will legislate it. Not content to make laws against criminal activity the rulers intend to stand judge over inner feelings and to subjectively decide if the thought of hate will add to the time. Hate a crime?

I am afraid to tell you that hate is an emotion. Making a law about an emotion is absurd at best. However the politicians in the corporate domination game think that Americans need criminal sanctions for hating above and beyond any for the crime committed. Rape is no longer rape if you hate the person for race, creed, or color it is now just a hate crime. Robbery is no longer robbery if you hate the person for race, creed, or color it is now just a hate crime. The government wants to reach further to criminalize any crime that may be committed on gay or lesbians! Increasing the divide among humans as a segmented hierarchy each needing to be addressed.

The truth is for every racial or sexual crime there is some crime committed. The emotions driving the event are not part of a crime; they may have instigated the crime. The root cause of that instigation must be addressed and not as a crime but as a disease.

The emotion hate is born and fermented in the young generally though their parents or lack of parental guidance in their life. Either the parent is a racial or bigoted individual or they are not able to parent and allow the street to take their young. In any case the child is embedded with their prejudices from their upbringing and environment.

The disease is the family and family responsibilities. These are increasingly shirked off on governments and cult churches in lieu of work responsibilities. In fact the breeding ground for prejudices are the government and church schools. Preaching cult superiority and nationalism as they create criminal sanctions on thought – thought crimes. At the same time the socialist school system pushes the peer pressure agenda resulting in bizarre acts of aggression.

Let’s look at the Jena case. Three boys put up a noose in a schoolyard tree to intimidate another group. The other group beats one of the three into unconsciousness. There is a crime and it is criminal and someone was harmed with the beating. The crime is on the books and we all can agree beating someone unconscious is a criminal act. The three boys who hung the noose got expelled from school for a time. No apologies folks, there is no crime. This is sticks and stones vs. names. We are back to bad parenting and prejudice taught and flamed in the home and community. This is emotion and you cannot legislate criminal sanctions on emotion.

It may be sad that the parents do not take their children in hand and teach them to be human. The educational needs of that community should be addressed by government and society if it cares to adjust that issue but is the responsibility of that community and the parents. It was a horrible display of arrogance and hatred to hang the noose on that tree and it should be addressed by that community, school and anyone who cares to help. The criminal act of beating up another human, for whatever reason, has a consequence that should be answered for. There is no rational – you are wrong. It is a crime. When words and thoughts become crimes the rulers have overstepped he bounds of a Republic - for which it stands.

The problem with allowing the corporate codes to inflict monetary and criminal sanctions on emotions will expand as more emotions become criminal. All of the will be judged by a subjective individual who will read what they want as to what you feel and what is love and hate. This is not American freedom or justice.
