The recent affairs with Brittany Spears point up the legal complications in the corporate USA. Even your own person is not sovereign. Here a legal aged woman was stripped of all rights and wealth that was handed to someone else by the corporate government.

You think you can hire a lawyer to fight for your own self? Forget it! California law just knocked that right out the window. California lawyer Jon Eardley was told that he couldn’t represent Brittany Spears even though she hired him. Why? Because the court has said Spears no longer has the rights to hire a lawyer for her!

Any day they wish the government can strip you of all your rights. Take your children and dump you into a mental ward and all you have to do is be something important to someone or have something they want.

While no one really can argue that Spears has problems I think no American realizes that the government can strip you of even the right to a lawyer these days. It cannot be blamed on terrorists this time; the government is the terrorist here.
