Guantanamo Bay Prison Camp, Cuba – A kidnapped Afghan fighter was forcibly removed from his prison cell and dragged into the USA military kangaroo courts to face charges of spying on American bases in his own nation and placing missiles nearby his home on US occupied areas of his village.

For whatever he may be doing in his home and in his neighborhood this young Afghan was arrested, hooded, shackled and flown 12,000 miles to a US base in Communist Cuba. How that works one can only wonder but it is a place without law or repercussions to the people you and I can hold accountable. It is a true Kangaroo Court with no resemblance to humanity. For the military to drag people from their homes and nations to no-mans land so as to apply farcical laws in the name of Americans is beyond pale.

Mohammed Kamin refuses to take part in the bogus USA military kangaroo court denying the prison camps authority to kidnap and transport Afghan nationals from their land to a never-never land with no laws for a trial by laws they had no part in formulating. In fact he will be tried by laws no American had a part in but every American will hold the blame for the deeds done by the out of control military based in Cuba, of all places!

Kamin joins with others who were kidnapped from the defense of their homes by invading forces and taken to a small island where the US military makes its own laws – above all those written or known.
