No More Change From Barack Obama
Record $250 Million Donations Makes Obama Change the Tune
Within 24 hours of establishing himself as the Democratic Party candidate for president of the United States of America Barack Obama has changed his tune on dealing with Iran. No more working for normal relations. Barack has read the marching orders and he is now all for pre-conditions and outlandish demands before talking to the Iranian leaders. Now there are no candidates for peace, we have been hoodwinked as Barack Obama marches to war with Iran.
Barack Obama has done a 180-degree flip-flop on how he will deal with adversaries of the nation. Instead of offering the open hand of friendship stimulating change Obama has embraced all that is evil in the current administration; never talk to anyone and get problems ironed out – use force, blackmail, and coercion – the government way.
We thought we had a winner and now, even before the election, blatant changes for the worse are coming out. No more change for the better rehtoric, it is now about embracing the mistakes of empire and invasions and continuing. It is the talk of the International adventurer.
Barack's new position is "[A]s president of the United States, I would be willing to lead tough and principled diplomacy with the appropriate Iranian leaders at a time and place of my choosing if and only if it can advance the interest of the United States. That is my position. I want to be absolutely clear."
The Obama people say he only claimed he was “willing” and there was no promise last year in the debates. The promise of change is broken again. The promise of honesty is broken. The promise of fairness is broken as Obama embraces the same agenda we looked to him to change.
In the debates last summer, when asked if he would meet with the countries like Iran and Syria without preconditions here is what Obama said: "I would. And the reason is this: the notion that somehow not talking to countries is punishment to them--which has been the guiding diplomatic principle of this administration -- is ridiculous. Ronald Reagan constantly spoke to Soviet Union at a time when he called them an evil empire. He understood that we may not trust them and they may pose an extraordinary danger to this country, but we had the obligation to find areas where we can potentially move forward. And I think that it is a disgrace that we have not spoken to them."
Quite a difference in his new stand. I can agree with the latter position but the current position is arrogant and preposterous. Nobody would stand for such abuse in their own home much less should a nation. As if to leave no wiggle room to find a sliver of change, Obama closed with “"I will always keep the threat of military action on the table to defend our security and our ally, Israel. Do not be confused." There is no change and your vote was useless again.
There is something seriously wrong when government is a closed club of liars, cheats and frauds that work with the owners of media and finance to gloss over the lies and keep the people sedated and broke.
Has 8 years of Republican leadership made your life better? More gasoline? More food? Better housing? Is the world safer and happier with our nation? The Democrats had 2 years to show they could change and did nothing. They just forgot the crimes of the Bush administration against the world, illegal spying and they forgot to pull out the troops and sent another 90,000 over. The Democrats like Pelosi claim they are hoping to bring more pigs to the trough of congredd with promises of change in the next election. When will the people wake?
